📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the delivery of educational programs and materials to students.,Provide one-on-one and group tutoring sessions to help students improve their academic performance.,Monitor student progress and provide feedback to students and teachers.,Organize and prepare educational materials, such as handouts, worksheets, and lesson plans.,Conduct assessments and exams to evaluate student learning outcomes.,Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to ensure the smooth operation of the educational program.,Maintain a clean and organized learning environment.,Participate in professional development activities to stay up-to-date with the latest educational trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in teaching or tutoring.,Strong knowledge of the Indonesian education system and curriculum.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian.,Valid teaching certification or equivalent qualification.,Ability to use technology and educational software effectively.
