📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good condition and ready for use.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient transportation services.,Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle maintenance schedules, and ensure compliance with all safety regulations.,Track and manage vehicle usage and expenses, and prepare reports for management.,Handle vehicle inspections and repairs, and coordinate with external service providers as needed.,Ensure compliance with all traffic laws and company policies, and promote a culture of safety and accountability.,Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients, and address any issues or concerns promptly.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and continuously seek ways to improve fleet operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance, fuel management, and safety regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with drivers and other stakeholders.,Proficiency in using fleet management software and other relevant tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
