Seed Zone Dinamis is looking for a Fleet Coordinator to manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of fleet management and a passion for ensuring the smooth operation of our vehicles. This role is crucial in maintaining the efficiency and safety of our fleet.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles.,Coordinate with drivers and ensure they are following company policies and procedures.,Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure timely servicing.,Track vehicle usage and fuel consumption to optimize costs.,Handle vehicle inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations.,Manage vehicle documentation and ensure all records are up-to-date.,Coordinate with external service providers for vehicle repairs and maintenance.,Provide support to other departments as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong understanding of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Valid driver's license is a plus.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.
