Urban City Cemerlang is looking for a talented Junior Bookkeeper to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and assisting in the preparation of the monthly management accounts. If you have a passion for numbers and a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you!

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and update the company's general ledger and accounts payable and receivable records,Prepare and process bank reconciliations,Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts and financial reports,Process invoices and ensure timely payment of bills,Assist in the preparation of year-end financial statements,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records,Provide support to the finance team in the preparation of tax returns,Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and variance analysis

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a bookkeeping or accounting role,Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle,Strong attention to detail and accuracy,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well in a team environment,Fluency in English and Indonesian,Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
