Agung Yoga Tea is an established tea company in Indonesia, seeking a motivated Junior Internal Auditor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the planning, execution, and reporting of internal audits, ensuring that our operations adhere to internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning and execution of internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with regulations.,Review financial records, transactions, and documents to identify discrepancies and areas for improvement.,Prepare and present audit reports and recommendations to management.,Collaborate with the Internal Audit team and other departments to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the company's operations.,Assist in the development and implementation of internal audit plans and procedures.,Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance.,Support the Internal Audit Manager in the supervision and coordination of audit activities.,Participate in continuous learning and development opportunities to enhance audit skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in internal auditing or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and internal controls.,Proficiency in using audit software and spreadsheet tools (e.g., Excel, QuickBooks).,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with Indonesian GAAP and regulatory requirements is a plus.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian is preferred.
