Rejeki Yoga Electronics is looking for a motivated Junior Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening candidates.,Schedule and coordinate interviews with potential candidates.,Maintain a database of candidate information and application statuses.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.,Provide feedback on candidate performance during interviews.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Support the HR team in maintaining a positive and inclusive workplace culture.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and applicant tracking systems.,Familiarity with recruitment best practices and industry standards.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Proactive and detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
