Oversee the mechanical design and engineering projects from conception to completion.,Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet client needs.,Conduct feasibility studies and provide technical advice to management.,Mentor and develop junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in mechanical engineering.,Ensure compliance with relevant safety regulations and standards.,Manage and optimize project resources to ensure efficient and effective project delivery.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a strong track record in project management.,Proven experience in leading and managing mechanical engineering projects.,Strong knowledge of CAD software and other relevant engineering tools.,Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively and innovatively.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Proven ability to mentor and develop junior engineers.,Understanding of safety regulations and standards relevant to mechanical engineering.
