📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the maintenance and repair of mechanical systems, including machinery and equipment.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure optimal performance.
• Coordinate with engineering and technical teams to address maintenance issues and implement solutions.
• Monitor and analyze maintenance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
• Train and mentor junior staff on maintenance best practices.
• Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of spare parts and maintenance services.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in maintenance and mechanical systems.
• Familiarity with maintenance management software such as SAP PM or similar.
• Knowledge of mechanical systems, including pumps, compressors, and conveyors.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel.
