📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the store's inventory, including stocking, organizing, and restocking products.,Assist customers with their purchases, providing information about products and answering any questions they may have.,Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.,Ensure that the store is clean and well-maintained, including cleaning shelves, floors, and restrooms.,Promote products and special offers to customers.,Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.,Work with the team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.,Participate in training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with inventory management software is a plus.,Knowledge of medical products and services is a plus.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects.,Friendly, patient, and professional demeanor.
