📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.
  • Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance to maintain a motivated and efficient team.
  • Implement and monitor sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food handling standards.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to maintain a positive dining experience.
  • Participate in inventory management and cost control to optimize profitability.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
  • Represent the restaurant at industry events and meetings.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a high-volume environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage staff and teams effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Knowledge of POS systems and inventory management software.
  • Understanding of food safety and health regulations.
  • Familiarity with industry trends and best practices.
