In this role, you will be a key Finance Business Partner, working closely with the Sales team to drive growth and optimize financial performance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement financial strategies to support sales growth and profitability.,Provide financial analysis and insights to the Sales team to make informed decisions.,Manage and optimize sales budgets, forecasting, and financial planning.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.,Collaborate with the Accounting and Finance teams to ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies.,Support the Sales team in developing and negotiating sales contracts and agreements.,Identify and implement financial initiatives to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Sales Finance or Financial Analysis role, preferably in the consumer goods industry.,Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and practices.,Proficient in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and familiarity with financial software and tools.,Knowledge of sales and distribution processes, and the ability to apply financial expertise to sales initiatives.
