📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.,Provide technical support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Monitor and maintain the company's IT security systems, including firewalls, antivirus software, and backup systems.,Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure the security and efficiency of the company's IT systems.,Train and mentor junior IT staff on best practices and new technologies.,Conduct regular IT audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with industry standards.,Work closely with the IT team to develop and implement new IT solutions and projects.,Provide IT support for the company's point of sale (POS) systems and other business applications.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support and infrastructure management.,Strong knowledge of IT security best practices and standards.,Experience with network and server administration.,Familiarity with POS systems and other business applications.,Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
