📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize logistics operations, including inventory management, order processing, and delivery coordination.,Provide exceptional customer support to clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.,Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations.,Monitor and analyze logistics data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and logistics partners.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of logistics and customer support strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics and customer support roles.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English, both written and spoken.,Knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
