Makmur Gita Bakery is looking for a dynamic and experienced Area Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our bakery in Indramayu, ensuring that we meet our sales targets and maintain high standards of customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the bakery, including production, sales, and customer service.,Manage a team of employees, providing training and development opportunities to help them grow.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and brand awareness.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure that we have adequate supplies to meet customer demand.,Work with suppliers to negotiate prices and ensure that we are getting the best value for our money.,Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers and community leaders.,Ensure that the bakery is compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a management or supervisory role in the food and beverage industry.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Experience in sales and marketing.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with inventory management and supply chain operations.,Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations in the food and beverage industry.,Experience in a similar role in the bakery industry is a plus.
