📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the General Manager in developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve organizational goals.,Oversee day-to-day operations, including financial management, human resources, and administrative functions.,Coordinate with department heads to ensure smooth and efficient operations.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of the organization, identifying areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.,Lead and mentor the management team to foster a positive and productive work environment.,Represent the company in meetings and events as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in a similar organization.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with financial management and administrative functions.,Proven track record of achieving organizational goals and driving performance improvement.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
