📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the maintenance and troubleshooting of IT systems and networks.,Support the IT department in managing software and hardware inventory.,Provide technical support to staff, resolving hardware and software issues.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Monitor and report on system performance and security.,Participate in IT projects and tasks as assigned by the IT manager.,Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.,Provide backup and recovery support for critical IT systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of IT hardware and software.,Familiarity with network protocols and security measures.,Good communication and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Basic knowledge of ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is a plus.,Familiarity with cloud computing and virtualization technologies is a plus.
