📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage daily operations of the branch, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
  • Supervise and mentor staff, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
  • Monitor sales targets and report to the regional manager.
  • Conduct regular staff meetings to discuss performance and improvements.
  • Ensure the branch meets all health and safety regulations.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a management role.
  • Proven track record of successful branch management.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Familiarity with sales and customer service operations.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English.
