📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing the daily operations of the F&B service, including inventory control and ordering.,Provide excellent customer service to guests and ensure their dining experience is enjoyable.,Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the dining areas and kitchen.,Assist in training and supervising front-of-house staff to ensure consistent service quality.,Monitor food and beverage costs and suggest cost-saving measures when appropriate.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the F&B service.,Assist in organizing and executing special events and promotions in the dining areas.,Maintain accurate records of sales and expenses in the F&B service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage service operations and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with inventory management and cost control.,Basic understanding of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using basic computer software and point-of-sale systems.
