📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the procurement process by sourcing and negotiating with suppliers.,Maintain and update supplier records and contracts.,Monitor inventory levels and place purchase orders as needed.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.,Assist in the development and implementation of purchasing policies and procedures.,Conduct regular supplier performance reviews.,Handle supplier invoices and payments.,Assist in the preparation of purchase reports and analyses.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in purchasing or supply chain management.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good understanding of Indonesian market and business practices.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
