Quick Cloud Sejahtera is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Brand Ambassador to join our team in Cilegon. As the Lead Brand Ambassador, you will be responsible for representing our brand, engaging with customers, and driving brand awareness and loyalty. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement brand ambassador programs to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.,Organize and participate in brand events, promotions, and marketing campaigns.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.,Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute brand strategies.,Train and mentor junior brand ambassadors to ensure consistent brand representation.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in brand management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management or a related field.,Proven track record of successfully managing brand ambassador programs.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and project management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
