As a Lead Outlet Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our outlets, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of assigned outlets, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.,Lead and mentor a team of outlet managers and staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and increase sales.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer concerns and feedback promptly.,Conduct regular outlet audits to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with the central team to implement company-wide initiatives and strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail or outlet management, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing and leading teams.,Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles and strategies.,Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Familiarity with the Indonesian market and consumer behavior is a plus.
