📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to drive customer acquisition and retention.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to ensure long-term business growth.,Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Provide training and coaching to team members to enhance their sales skills and knowledge.,Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment and consistency in sales messaging and initiatives.,Participate in business development activities, such as attending trade shows and networking events.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the team remains competitive and innovative.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a sales leader or manager in a B2B or B2C environment.,Strong knowledge of sales techniques, strategies, and tools.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using sales and CRM software.,Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Experience in the hospitality, tourism, or related industries is a plus.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
