Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, with a strong background in the real estate or construction industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing pre-development projects from initial planning to final delivery.,Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques, including PMP certification preferred.,Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and manage high-performing teams.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with construction management software and tools, such as Primavera, Procore, or similar.🛠️ Keahlian
