Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services,Write user manuals, guides, and other instructional materials,Collaborate with product teams to ensure documentation is accurate and up-to-date,Review and edit technical content for clarity, accuracy, and consistency,Develop and maintain documentation templates and style guides,Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate users on our products and services

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing or a similar role,Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken,Familiarity with technical documentation tools and software,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is a plus
