Life Quick Berjaya is seeking a dedicated Training Officer to join our team in Makassar. The Training Officer will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and performance.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.,Conduct training sessions and workshops for new and existing employees.,Assess training needs and design customized training solutions.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees during and after training.,Collaborate with department heads to align training programs with business objectives.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with training management software is a plus.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is preferred.,Valid certification in training and development is a plus.
