📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist the store manager in overseeing daily store operations, including inventory management and staff scheduling.
• Train and mentor team members to ensure high standards of customer service.
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet and exceed targets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Conduct regular stock checks and manage inventory levels using Watsons’s inventory management system.
• Support marketing initiatives, including promotions and customer engagement activities.
• Collaborate with the store team to maintain a clean and organized store environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably in a health and beauty retail environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with retail operations, including inventory management and POS systems.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 20kg.
• Friendly and approachable demeanor with excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
