📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records using SAP and Oracle SCM.
• Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure stock accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
• Forecast demand and optimize inventory levels to reduce stockouts and overstock situations.
• Collaborate with procurement teams to ensure timely receipt and processing of goods.
• Implement and enforce inventory control procedures to maintain stock integrity.
• Generate and analyze inventory reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Work closely with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure smooth inventory movement.
• Stay updated with industry best practices and technologies in inventory management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in inventory control and logistics.
• Proven expertise in using SAP and Oracle SCM.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Certification in inventory management or logistics is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
