📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage employee records, including hiring, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
• Handle employee benefits and compensation, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.
• Organize and facilitate training programs for employees, focusing on skill development and career growth.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring they align with company goals and legal requirements.
• Monitor and maintain a safe and healthy work environment, implementing and monitoring K3 policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement.
• Provide HR support to managers and employees, addressing their concerns and resolving issues promptly.
• Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on general HR and K3.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Proficient in using HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Familiarity with the manufacturing and furniture industry is a plus.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
