📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement social media content strategies that align with our brand’s goals and values.
• Create engaging and visually appealing content for various social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Schedule and publish content using tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar platforms.
• Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute social media campaigns.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices.
• Assist in managing our social media presence across multiple platforms.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Proven experience as a Social Media Associate or similar role, preferably in the creative or marketing industry.
• A strong portfolio of social media content that demonstrates your creativity and ability to engage audiences.
• Proficiency in using social media analytics tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and Instagram Insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
• A deep understanding of digital marketing trends and best practices.
• Familiarity with graphic design tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Adobe Illustrator is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
