📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the legal and administrative aspects of operational assets, including contracts, permits, and compliance documentation.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections of operational assets to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with legal and administrative teams to address any issues or concerns related to asset management.
• Prepare and maintain detailed records and reports on asset management activities.
• Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to asset management.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on legal and administrative aspects of asset management.
• Collaborate with field teams to ensure that operational assets are maintained and utilized in compliance with legal requirements.
• Stay updated with changes in legal and regulatory frameworks affecting asset management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in legal or administrative roles within the infrastructure or construction sector.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian legal frameworks and regulations related to asset management.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Field mobility and willingness to travel as required.
