🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business process management and system development.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing process improvements and system solutions.
• Strong understanding of business processes and systems, with the ability to analyze and optimize them.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, SAP, and other relevant business process management tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think creatively and strategically.
• Certification in business process management (e.g., CBAP, PgMP) is a plus.
