📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and present design concepts for residential and commercial interiors.
• Create detailed drawings, specifications, and 3D renderings using industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients to ensure design integrity and client satisfaction.
• Conduct site visits and provide design solutions that meet the needs of the project.
• Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring that all work is completed on time and within scope.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in interior design.
• Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of projects.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit.
• Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction processes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
