📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for legal and compliance functions.
• Oversee the maintenance and update of legal systems and databases, such as SAP and other relevant software.
• Ensure compliance with local and international legal regulations and industry standards.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews of legal processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Provide training and guidance to legal and compliance teams on new procedures and systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address legal and compliance issues.
• Monitor and report on legal and compliance metrics to ensure adherence to policies and regulations.
• Stay updated on legal trends and regulatory changes to proactively address potential risks.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in legal operations or compliance.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian legal system and regulations.
• Experience with legal software and systems, such as SAP, DocuSign, or other relevant tools.
• Certification in legal operations or compliance, such as CIPP/E, CIPM, or similar, is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
