📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain partners in Bandung.
• Provide sales enablement support, including training and resources, to help partners achieve their sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential partners through regular check-ins and personalized support.
• Monitor partner performance and provide feedback to ensure they are meeting their objectives.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align partner goals with overall business objectives.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for partner growth.
• Create and manage partner-specific content and materials to support their marketing efforts.
• Participate in industry events and conferences to network and build relationships with potential partners.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in partner management, sales, or marketing, with a focus on B2B partnerships.
• Proficient in using CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and tools, including SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with partners.
• Analytical skills to monitor partner performance and provide actionable insights.
• Certification in partner management or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian is required.
