📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement tax optimization strategies to minimize liabilities and maximize savings.
• Analyze complex tax issues and provide strategic advice to clients.
• Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with Indonesian tax laws.
• Advise clients on tax-efficient business structures and operational practices.
• Lead and mentor junior staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
• Stay updated with the latest tax laws and regulations, and proactively identify opportunities for tax savings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the strategic planning of the firm.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Taxation, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in tax optimization, with a proven track record of delivering significant tax savings.
• Certified Tax Consultant (CTC) or equivalent certification.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in using tax software such as Deloitte Tax, EY Tax, or similar.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
